The Jim's Pizza Minor Atom AAA Petes went .500 over the weekend at the Markham Majors Fall Classic.  The team defeated Chatham 3 -1, and the Toronto Titans 11 - 1 while tying the Toronto Nationals at 1, before losing to Sudbury 2 - 1, and dropping the semi-final 5 -1 to the eventual tournament champion London Junior Knights.  Leading the Petes in scoring were Keegan Walton, and Tanner Barbeau, with 4 goals each, Evan Downer and Will ... more

The Jim's Pizza Minor Atom Petes got off to a promising start last weekend by going 1-2-1 in the Kawartha Challenge Early Bird Tournament.  The boys began the tournament by playing a complete team game in a 1 - 1 tie with Central Ontario keeping the Wolves off the scoreboard until there was three minutes to go in the game.  They followed that effort with an even better effort against Halton Hills where they emerged with a 4 - 1 ... more

The Jim's Pizza AAA Minor Atom Petes kicked off their season in style with a pre-season pool party combined with a bottle drive.  After putting in a good afternoon's work scouring local neighbourhoods for bottle donations and raising money for the team, the boys relaxed poolside for the rest of the evening and enjoyed some great homemade burgers.   Thank you, to all of the kids and families that helped get the season o... more
