10. MEETINGS
a) The Board will meet at the call of the President or his/her designate. Under special circumstances a council member may call a meeting, should the President or his/her designate be unavailable. b) A quorum will be 50% + 1 ( a majority) of the sitting members of the Board, with the c) Amendments to the Constitution and Appendicescan be made only at the last meeting of the meeting. A simple majority in favour shall be required to carry a motion to amend the Constitution. d) Order of Business of all Board meetings shall be: 1. Reading of the minutes of the last Board meeting and all committee meetings held since. 2. Reading correspondence 3. Treasurer’s Report 4. Sponsorship report 5. Coaches report 6. Convenor’s reports 7. ETA report 8. OMHA report 9. Ice Scheduler Report 10. Equipment report 11. Old Business 12. New Business 13. Adjournment
