9. CONDUCT OF MEMBERS
Whenever it shall appear to the Board that the conduct of any member has endangered, or is likely to endanger, the good order, welfare, reputation, standing, or character of the PMHC, the said Board may by majority vote of their members, privately warn such members that his/her conduct is considered detrimental to the interests of the PMHC or by majority vote may declare his/her membership suspended. No vote for his/her suspension or expulsion shall be taken unless a written notice of such proposed resolution shall have been sent to each member of the Board at least 3 days before the meeting at which such proposed resolution is to be introduced. No member shall be expelled or suspended without having been given an opportunity to be heard in his/her own defence.
